Active Crown Tester Benefits

While you remain an Active Crown Tester, you will receive:

• Occasional surprise samples, gifts, and giveaways

The 30% Active Tester Discount applies to eligible products purchased directly from Coastal Crown Lifestyle™. Certain limited releases, bundles, gift cards, shipping charges, clearance products, or other specially priced items may be excluded.

Discounts cannot be combined unless Coastal Crown Lifestyle™ specifically states otherwise.

How to Remain an Active Crown Tester

To maintain Active Crown Tester status, you must complete at least two qualifying testing projects during each 12-month membership period, provided that testing opportunities are offered to you.

Accepting every testing invitation is not required. However, once you accept a project, you are expected to complete it according to the project instructions.

Tester status may be reviewed when a tester repeatedly accepts projects but does not complete the required testing or feedback.

Rewards for Every Completed Testing Project

Each testing invitation will clearly identify:

• The product or products being tested
• The testing period
• The required feedback
• The submission deadline
• Any required photographs or videos
• The reward available for completing the project

Unless a project announcement states otherwise, every qualifying completed testing project earns:

500 Crown Tester Points

Each completed testing project earns 500 Crown Tester Points.

Point value:

• 100 points = $1 in reward value
• 500 points = $5 in reward value
• 1,000 points = $10 in reward value
• 2,500 points = $25 in reward value
• 5,000 points = $50 in reward value

Points may be redeemed toward eligible Coastal Crown Lifestyle™ purchases.

One Giveaway Entry

Each completed testing project also earns one entry into the current Crown Tester giveaway, when a tester giveaway is active.

Giveaway entries have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or carried over into a different giveaway unless otherwise stated.

One Completed Project Credit

Each qualifying project counts as one completed project toward milestone rewards.

One testing assignment normally counts as one project, even when the tester receives more than one product in the assignment. Coastal Crown Lifestyle™ will advise testers in advance when a larger assignment qualifies as more than one project.

What Counts as a Completed Testing Project?

A testing project is considered complete when the tester:

• Accepts the testing assignment
• Follows the supplied product and safety instructions
• Tests the product for the required amount of time
• Completes all required feedback forms
• Answers all required questions
• Submits any specifically requested photographs or videos
• Returns the required feedback by the stated deadline

Feedback does not have to be positive to qualify. Honest observations, concerns, problems, and negative experiences are valuable and will not cause a tester to lose a reward.

Rewards are based on completing the assigned project—not on giving the product a favorable review.

Incomplete Projects

A project may not qualify for rewards when:

• The required feedback form is not completed
• Required questions are skipped
• Required photographs or videos are not submitted
• The product is not tested according to the instructions
• Feedback is submitted after the deadline without prior approval
• The tester accepts the product but does not participate
• Submitted information is knowingly false or copied from another tester

Unexpected circumstances happen. Testers should contact Coastal Crown Lifestyle™ as soon as possible when they cannot complete a project by its deadline.

When Project Rewards Are Issued

Crown Tester Points, giveaway entries, and completed-project credit will normally be issued within seven business days after the testing project closes.

A project closes after:

• The official feedback deadline has passed
• The required feedback has been received
• Coastal Crown Lifestyle™ confirms that the assignment is complete

Rewards are not normally issued immediately after an individual tester submits feedback because each project must first reach its official closing date.

Testers will be able to review their points and reward progress through the system or communication method provided by Coastal Crown Lifestyle™.

Crown Tester Point Redemption

Minimum Redemption

A tester must have at least 500 available points before redeeming points.

Points may be redeemed in increments of 500:

• 500 points = $5 reward
• 1,000 points = $10 reward
• 1,500 points = $15 reward
• 2,000 points = $20 reward
• 2,500 points = $25 reward

Using Points

Points may be applied to eligible products purchased directly from Coastal Crown Lifestyle™.

Points:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be transferred to another person
• Cannot be sold
• Cannot be used to purchase gift cards
• Cannot be applied to previous purchases
• Cannot be used toward taxes or shipping charges unless specifically permitted
• May be subject to product or promotion exclusions

Points may be used with the Active Tester Discount only when the checkout system and the specific promotion allow both rewards to be combined.

Point Expiration

Crown Tester Points expire one year from the date they are earned.

Each group of points has its own expiration date.

For example:

• Points earned on August 15, 2026, expire on August 15, 2027.
• Points earned on September 10, 2026, expire on September 10, 2027.

Using newer points does not extend the expiration date of older points.

When points are redeemed, the oldest available points will be used first whenever the reward system permits.

Expired points:

• Cannot be redeemed
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot normally be restored
• Do not count toward an available point balance

Coastal Crown Lifestyle™ may send courtesy reminders before points expire, but testers are responsible for monitoring and using their points before the expiration date.

Milestone Progress Does Not Expire

Point expiration does not erase completed-project credit.

A tester’s qualifying completed projects continue to count toward milestone rewards while the tester remains a member in good standing, unless the program is discontinued or the tester is removed for misuse.

Milestone Rewards

Milestone rewards are earned in addition to the 500 points received for each completed testing project.

5 Completed Projects

After completing five qualifying testing projects, the tester earns:

• One free eligible full-size Coastal Crown Lifestyle™ product
• The regular 500 points for the fifth project
• One giveaway entry, when a giveaway is active

The eligible product selection will be provided when the milestone is reached. Shipping terms will be stated in the reward notification.

By the fifth completed project, the tester will also have earned a total of 2,500 points, assuming no points have expired or been redeemed.

10 Completed Projects

After completing ten qualifying testing projects, the tester earns:

• $25 in Coastal Crown Lifestyle™ store credit
• The regular 500 points for the tenth project
• One giveaway entry, when a giveaway is active

This milestone store credit is separate from Crown Tester Points.

By the tenth completed project, the tester will have earned a total of 5,000 points, assuming no points have expired or been redeemed.

20 Completed Projects

After completing twenty qualifying testing projects, the tester earns:

• A Coastal Crown Lifestyle™ Tester Appreciation Gift Box
• The regular 500 points for the twentieth project
• One giveaway entry, when a giveaway is active

The contents of the gift box may vary and may include products, samples, accessories, branded items, or other appreciation gifts.

By the twentieth completed project, the tester will have earned a total of 10,000 points, assuming no points have expired or been redeemed.

50 Completed Projects

After completing fifty qualifying testing projects, the tester earns:

• Crown Legend status
• A special Crown Legend appreciation reward
• Priority consideration for select testing opportunities
• The regular 500 points for the fiftieth project
• One giveaway entry, when a giveaway is active

The specific Crown Legend appreciation reward and benefits will be announced when the milestone is reached.

By the fiftieth completed project, the tester will have earned a total of 25,000 points, assuming no points have expired or been redeemed.

The tester earns a combined total of:

Important Program Rules

• Testers must be enrolled in the Permanent Crown Tester Program to earn rewards.
• Rewards begin after enrollment and are not awarded retroactively.
• Only qualifying completed projects earn points and milestone credit.
• Tester rewards cannot be transferred or sold.
• Rewards are intended for the tester who completed the assignment.
• Products received for testing may not be resold.
• Confidential or unreleased product information must not be shared without permission.
• Public reviews, photographs, videos, or social posts may only be required when clearly stated before the tester accepts the project.
• Honest negative feedback does not affect reward eligibility.
• Coastal Crown Lifestyle™ may correct point balances issued because of technical or administrative errors.
• Fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, resale of tester products, copied feedback, or abuse of the program may result in canceled rewards and removal from the program.
• Coastal Crown Lifestyle™ may update the program, point value, available rewards, milestone benefits, or eligibility rules as the business grows.
• Testers will be notified of material changes before those changes apply to future testing projects.
• Rewards already earned will be honored according to the terms in effect when they were earned, subject to their stated expiration dates.
