Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

During product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website when available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Coastal Crown Lifestyle is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Coastal Crown Lifestyle is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after shipment.

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@coastalcrownlifestyle.com.

To submit a damage claim, you must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • Clear photographs of the shipping package
  • Photographs showing any visible shipping damage
  • A photograph of the shipping label

Claims submitted without sufficient documentation may be denied.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.

International Shipping

International shipping may be offered to select destinations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
