Refund & Return Policy

At Coastal Crown Lifestyle, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect all items before shipment.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, tested, or simply because a customer changes their mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@coastalcrownlifestyle.com.

To qualify for a replacement, you must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • Clear photographs of the shipping package, including any visible damage
  • Photographs of the shipping label

Claims submitted without supporting documentation may be denied.

Once we review and verify the damage, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Coastal Crown Lifestyle is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
