Crown Care
What is Coastal Crown Lifestyle™ Crown Care made for?
Our Crown Care products are currently developed specifically with synthetic wigs, toppers, extensions, and other synthetic hairpieces in mind.
Synthetic fibers have very different needs than human hair, so our products are designed around the real-life challenges Crown Sisters deal with—tangling, dryness, friction, stiffness, flyaways, and difficult fibers.
Can I use your Crown Care products on human hair?
Our current Crown Care collection is being developed and tested primarily for synthetic fibers.
Unless a product page specifically states that a product is suitable for human hair, we recommend using it only as directed.
Human-hair products are part of our future plans.
What is Pearls of Euphoria™?
Pearls of Euphoria™ Luxury Daily Crown Conditioning Mist is designed for routine crown care.
Think of it as the product you reach for to help maintain softness, manageability, and the overall feel of your synthetic crown between wears and styling sessions.
What is Slip Happens!™?
Slip Happens!™ Emergency Rescue Crown Conditioning Mist is designed for those moments when your crown needs more help.
It is intended for synthetic fibers experiencing increased tangling, friction, roughness, or that dreaded “this wig is about to go in File 13” feeling.
What is the difference between Pearls of Euphoria™ and Slip Happens!™?
Pearls of Euphoria™ is intended for regular maintenance and conditioning.
Slip Happens!™ is the stronger rescue option for crowns that need extra help with manageability and slip.
Some Crown Sisters may use both depending on the condition of the crown.
How much product should I use?
Start with a small amount.
Synthetic fibers often respond better to light, even application rather than oversaturation. You can always add more if needed.
Always follow the directions provided on the individual product label.
Should I spray the product directly on my wig?
Follow the instructions on the individual product label.
For most crown-care applications, we recommend working gradually and distributing the product evenly rather than heavily saturating one area.
Will your products work on every synthetic fiber?
Synthetic fibers vary dramatically by manufacturer, construction, texture, age, heat exposure, wear, and previous products used.
Because of that, results can vary from crown to crown.
We strongly recommend testing any new product on a small, inconspicuous section first.
Can your products repair damaged synthetic fibers?
Our products are cosmetic crown-care products. They are designed to help improve the feel, manageability, appearance, and care experience of synthetic fibers.
They cannot permanently reverse melted, severely heat-damaged, broken, or structurally compromised fibers.
Sometimes even the best Crown Sister has to admit a crown has served her time.

Our fragrances begin with memories, moods, places, and moments.
Instead of creating scents around a traditional perfume category alone, we ask what a fragrance should make you remember—or how it should make you feel.
Some are nostalgic. Some are cozy. Some are playful. Some are a little mischievous.
What are Mood & Memory Fragrances?
Mood & Memory Fragrances is our fragrance world at Coastal Crown Lifestyle™.
Each scent is built around an experience, feeling, place, season, or memory rather than simply a list of fragrance notes.
Will you offer seasonal fragrance collections?
Yes.
Our fragrance collection will include limited, seasonal, and themed releases in addition to fragrances that may remain available longer term.
That means a fragrance you fall in love with may occasionally disappear for a season—so if one becomes your scent, you may want to keep an extra bottle nearby.
Why does a fragrance smell different on me than it does on someone else?
That’s completely normal.
Skin chemistry, body temperature, environment, application area, and even your own perception of scent can influence how a fragrance develops and how long you notice it.
A fragrance may smell slightly different—or last longer—on one person than another.
How long will your fragrances last?
Fragrance longevity varies by scent, skin chemistry, environment, application, and fragrance concentration.
We test our fragrances for both scent character and performance, but individual results will naturally vary.
Where should I apply fragrance?
Apply according to the directions provided with your fragrance.
Common fragrance application areas include pulse points such as the wrists and neck.
Avoid spraying fragrance near the eyes or irritated skin.
Can I layer your fragrances?
Absolutely.
Several of our fragrances are designed to be beautiful on their own while also giving you the freedom to experiment with layering.
That is part of the fun.

Do you offer fragrance samples?
Discovery and sample options may be available depending on the collection and current inventory.

Testing & Product Development
Do you test your products before selling them?
Yes.
Product development and real-world testing are a major part of Coastal Crown Lifestyle™.
Our products go through internal testing and, when appropriate, testing through members of our Founding Crown Tester Program before broader release.
What is the Founding Crown Tester Program?
Our Founding Crown Testers help us evaluate products under real-life conditions.
Tester feedback helps us understand things such as application, feel, ease of use, performance, packaging, fragrance preferences, and how products perform on different types of synthetic crowns.
Can I become a tester?
Tester opportunities may open periodically.
When applications are available, we will share them through our website, social channels, and The Black Mesh Net Society.
Does being a tester guarantee free products in the future?
No.
Testing opportunities depend on the product, testing needs, availability, eligibility, and the specific requirements of each test.
Ingredients & Product Information
Where can I find the ingredient list?
Required product information and ingredient declarations will appear on the product packaging and/or product listing as applicable.
What should I do if I have sensitivities or allergies?
Review the ingredient information provided with the product before use.
If you have known sensitivities, allergies, or concerns about a particular ingredient, contact us before purchasing or using the product.
When appropriate, test a small amount first and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Also, please contact us to report any irritation or reaction to any of our products.
Are Coastal Crown Lifestyle™ products for external use only?
Yes, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Keep cosmetic and crown-care products out of the eyes and mouth and away from children and pets unless the product is specifically designed and labeled for them.

Because we are a growing small business and some products may be produced in limited quantities, items can occasionally sell out.

Can discount codes be combined?

What does “Created by a Crown Sister for Crown Sisters” mean?
It means our Crown Care products were born from actually living with the same problems we are trying to solve.
Tangling. Frizz. Difficult fibers. Products that promised everything and somehow became bottle number fourteen sitting under the bathroom sink.
We wanted something better.
So we started building it.
